Shipping Costs are non refundable

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Typically, Domestic orders take about 2-3 business days to process then 8-12 business days to arrive to you. LUXE orders typically take 1-2 business days to process then 3-7 business days to arrive to you. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

Delays are not calculated in the shipping timeframes, if any.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International Orders take about 1-5 business days to process and then 2-4 weeks to arrive to you. International LUXE orders take about 1-5 business days to process then 2-4 weeks to arrive to you! Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and custom fees to be paid upon delivery. (WE DO NOT REFUND FOR INTERNATIONAL FEES)

In the rare event that a package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, or if a package is lost, please note that this is an issue with the shipping carrier and not within our control. To resolve such issues, we recommend taking your tracking number to a local post office and explaining the situation or speak with an online representative.
